NorthBay Live is an engaging, interactive live show that brings NorthBay’s educational mission to life through storytelling, multimedia, and real-time connection. Led by professional show hosts and featuring a live band, the experience blends visual media, facilitated reflection, and interactive elements to support students’ social and emotional growth.
Designed as a nightly, shared experience, NorthBay Live brings students together at the end of each day to reflect, celebrate, and have fun. Through high energy moments, music, and meaningful interaction, the show encourages leadership, self-awareness, and connection while helping students reflect on and connect their experiences from the day in an engaging and memorable way.
Toobie is an award-winning NorthBay original film, created exclusively for our program and only seen by students at NorthBay. The story follows a 14-year-old student trying to blend in, until an unexpected moment challenges him to decide what he truly stands for. Told through the perspectives of four high school students, Toobie explores belonging, connection, and the courage it takes to take action. More than a film, Toobie sparks meaningful reflection and conversation, leaving students feeling inspired, empowered, and more deeply connected to one another.

Ms. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Morgan State University. She leads the media team at NorthBay, developing and producing creative projects that come to life on stage, on the web, and through video and photography. One thing Dana loves about NorthBay is its commitment to using creativity and media to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the students we serve.
Mr. Frizzle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Animation from Morgan State University. He brings high energy excitement to every live show. In his spare time, he creates cartoons and produces music. What he loves most about NorthBay is the team’s ability to impact countless lives while making it look effortless.
Miss Nikki holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communications and brings a strong passion for connecting people and ideas. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and discovering new recipes. What she loves most about NorthBay is witnessing the genuine impact and joy in the experiences of both students and adults, and just being part of a community that inspires growth and meaningful connections.
Mr. Will has an Associate's Degree in Visual Communications and a Certification in Video Production. In his spare time he enjoys Video Games, Science Fiction, and fantasy storytelling. Will loves how NorthBay educates young kids on conservation and cherishing the environment.
